Terms & Conditions
Effective date: October 22, 2026
These terms govern the travel planning and booking services provided by Nau & Again Travel. By engaging our services and/or submitting a deposit, the client agrees to the terms below.
1. Advisor Role & Scope
Nau & Again Travel (“the Advisor”) acts as an independent travel advisor, booking travel arrangements on the client’s behalf through cruise lines, tour operators, airlines, hotels, and other travel suppliers (“Suppliers”), including through our host agency, Atlas Coast Travel Group. The Advisor does not own or control any Supplier and is not responsible for the acts, omissions, services, or products of any Supplier. All reservations are subject to the terms, conditions, and cancellation/refund policies of the applicable Supplier, which the client is responsible for reviewing and accepting.
2. Deposits, Payments & Pricing
- All pricing, deposit amounts, and payment due dates are set by the Supplier and confirmed at the time of booking.
- A deposit is required to hold and confirm a reservation; the amount and due date will be specified in the client’s written booking confirmation.
- Final payment must be received by the Supplier’s final payment due date, which will also be included in the booking confirmation. Failure to pay by that date may result in automatic cancellation and loss of deposit, per Supplier policy.
- Pricing is not locked in until a deposit is made and the reservation is confirmed by the Supplier; before that point, pricing can change quickly due to currency fluctuation, fuel surcharges, taxes, or Supplier repricing. Once the deposit is made and the booking is confirmed, the price is locked in, subject to the Supplier’s own fare/rate guarantee terms.
- Nau & Again Travel does not charge a planning fee for customary itinerary research, proposal preparation, or the usual back-and-forth of trip planning. However, if a client requests an unusually high volume of itinerary options, extensive proposal revisions, or research and planning substantially beyond what is customary for the trip in question, the Advisor reserves the right to charge a planning/service fee. There is no fixed threshold for when this applies; the Advisor will notify the client in advance before any such fee is charged.
- All payments are made by credit card only. Depending on the Supplier’s process, the Advisor will either obtain credit card authorization from the client via a secured payment link to charge the Supplier directly or provide the client with a secured link supplied by the Supplier to pay them directly. Cash, checks, and peer-to-peer payment services (e.g., Venmo, Zelle) are not accepted, for the client’s financial protection.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- All cancellations are governed by the Supplier’s cancellation policy in effect at the time of booking, which will be provided in writing with the booking confirmation.
- Refund eligibility, amounts, and timing are determined solely by the Supplier; the Advisor has no authority to override Supplier cancellation terms.
- Any advisor planning/service fee described in Section 2 is non-refundable once services have been rendered, regardless of whether the trip is later cancelled.
- Refunds, when due, are processed by the Supplier and may take several weeks; the Advisor will assist in submitting the cancellation request but is not responsible for the timing of Supplier refunds.
- Clients are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance (see Section 5) to protect against cancellation-related losses.
4. Changes to Reservations
- Requests to change a reservation (dates, cabin category, names, itinerary, etc.) must be submitted in writing to the Advisor.
- Changes are subject to Supplier approval, availability, and any applicable Supplier change fees or fare differences.
- A change request is not guaranteed until confirmed in writing by the Supplier.
5. Travel Insurance
- The Advisor strongly recommends that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for trip cancellation/interruption, medical emergencies, medical evacuation, and baggage loss.
- Travel insurance is optional unless required by the Supplier, and the decision to purchase or decline coverage is solely the client’s responsibility.
- Clients who decline travel insurance will be asked to formally acknowledge that decision in writing, using a decline-of-insurance form provided by the Advisor. By declining and signing that form, the client accepts full financial responsibility for any losses that insurance would otherwise have covered, including non-refundable deposits, payments, and change/cancellation penalties.
- The Advisor can provide travel insurance options but does not guarantee coverage terms, claims outcomes, or the financial stability of any insurance provider.
- The Advisor sells travel insurance directly to the client as part of the booking process. Clients should route insurance purchases, questions, and coverage selection through the Advisor at least through the time of travel; any claims after that point are handled directly with the insurance provider per that policy’s own claims process.
6. Travel Documents, Health & Entry Requirements
- Clients are solely responsible for ensuring they and all travelers in their party have a valid passport (generally valid at least 6 months beyond the return date), any required visas, and any required vaccinations or health documentation for each destination and port of call.
- The Advisor may provide general guidance on document and entry requirements as a courtesy, but requirements can change without notice and it remains the client’s responsibility to verify current requirements with the relevant government and Supplier before departure.
- The Advisor is not liable for any consequence of a client’s failure to obtain or present required travel documents, including denied boarding, denied entry, or missed travel.
7. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete traveler information (legal names as they appear on passports, dates of birth, contact information) in a timely manner; the client is responsible for any Supplier fees or issues resulting from inaccurate information.
- Review all booking confirmations, itineraries, and travel documents promptly upon receipt and notify the Advisor immediately of any errors.
- Respond to Advisor communications in a timely manner, particularly regarding payment deadlines and document requirements.
- Arrive at ports, airports, and other departure points with sufficient time as advised by the Advisor and/or Supplier.
8. Limitation of Liability
- The Advisor acts solely as an intermediary between the client and Suppliers and does not own, operate, manage, or control any airline, cruise line, hotel, ground transportation, tour operator, or other Supplier.
- The Advisor is not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity that may occur due to the act, omission, negligence, or default of any Supplier, or any other third party, or due to events beyond the Advisor’s reasonable control.
- The Advisor’s total liability for any claim arising from services provided is limited to the amount of fees paid directly to the Advisor (excluding amounts paid to Suppliers).
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Force Majeure
The Advisor is not responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performing, its services due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemic or public health emergencies, government travel advisories or restrictions, labor disputes, war, terrorism, civil unrest, or Supplier insolvency. In such cases, the client’s rights and remedies are governed by the applicable Supplier’s policies and any travel insurance the client has purchased.
10. Governing Law, Disputes & Agreement to Terms
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
- Any dispute arising from these terms or the services provided will first be addressed through good-faith direct discussion between the client and the Advisor before any other action is pursued.
- These terms, together with the applicable Supplier terms and the written booking confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between the client and the Advisor regarding the booking.
- By submitting a deposit, or otherwise confirming a booking, the client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
