For more than 25 years, my career has been about one thing: making sure people have a great experience.
I’ve spent that time in healthcare and healthcare technology, working in patient experience, client success, and operational excellence. Before that, I served as a Staff Sergeant in the U.S. Marine Corps, where I learned that the best plans are the ones built on preparation, attention to detail, and taking care of your people.
This fall, my corporate role came to an end. And I found myself at a crossroads.
I could have gone straight back to what I’d always done. Instead, I remembered that stranger’s advice, the one that gave this business its name: don’t wait for the perfect time. For years, I’d been telling friends and family how much I love traveling. I’d spent hours researching travel itineraries for work and for fun, swapping travel tips with anyone who’d listen. If I believed the best time to travel is now, then maybe the best time to build something around travel was now, too.
So here I am, taking my own advice.
Here’s what I’ve realized: travel planning and patient experience have more in common than you’d think. Both are about listening carefully to what someone truly needs, sweating the details so they don’t have to, and being there when something doesn’t go as planned. A great trip, like great care, comes down to the people looking out for you.
That’s what I want Nau & Again Travel to be. Not a booking website, but a real person in your corner. Someone who knows the questions to ask before you think of them, and who answers the phone when you have another idea or something doesn’t go according to plan.
I’m proud to be working with the support of an established host agency, Atlas Coast Travel Group, which provides great access to supplier relationships and resources while I focus on the personal side of planning.
This is a new chapter for me. I’d love for it to be the start of a new chapter for you, too.
